Had the crulers and macha tea here.I missed the moist dough taste in their donuts AND could feel the matcha powder not quite well stirred,probably done with cold water...Often french crulers are out or stale!! Order was wrong once and matcha diluted .

Their hot coffee cups are defective and will leak all over you!! And the worst part is that they know about it and will still serve you! The guy at the night shift didn't care and told me that's not his problem. Unbelievable

This is my go to Dunkin Donuts for my morning coffee in the Elk Grove, Des Plaines, and Rosemont area. All the others are far too inconsistent on their quality. This one gives you consistent quality product and top notch service. Thanks for making my morning coffee delicious!!

Worst service!! I asked them to make me a fresh Dark Roast coffee and I was told no he can not make me a fresh DARK ROAST coffee. Will never go back to this Dunkin. It happened to me multiple times at night time. Suppose to be a 24/7 service. Will contact the corporate office to find out if it was ok to say NO for a FRESH COFFEE.

The older guy at Dunkin’ was rude . I was in the drive thru window for 10 minutes waiting to order. And when I asked if he could stir my coffee more PLEASE cuz all the sugar and mocha was at the bottom he just shook the cup infront of me and gave me an attitude... never again
